Checkpoint Learning (formerly “Practitioners Publishing Company” or “PPC”): CPE Compliance

Checkpoint Learning courses are group live, group internet based, or self-study. Unless otherwise stated in each course's descriptive information, no other prerequisites or advanced preparation are required.

Checkpoint Learning is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org.

Checkpoint Learning is also approved for 'QAS Self Study' designation.
alt Checkpoint Learning is an approved IRS Continuing Education Provider to deliver CPE to Enrolled Agents and IRS tax preparers. The IRS Tax Preparer Office requires that any course to be used for IRS PTIN holders must be pre-registered with the IRS. CTEC Checkpoint Learning has been approved by the California Tax Education Council to offer continuing education courses that count as credit towards the annual “continuing education” requirement imposed by the State of California for CTEC Registered Tax Preparers.
