Do I need a Checkpoint Learning account to make a purchase?
Yes, you'll need to register your account a single time with a quick, easy set-up process in order to make online purchases and to view your order history plus all of your CPE certificates and purchases going forward from your homeroom page, a personalized learning dashboard. To register on Checkpoint Learning for the first time, click here, or click on the "New User Registration" link under the Checkpoint Learning Login box near top right of the website.
If you have previously registered in order to purchase online CPE or other products, just sign in with your current Checkpoint Learning account.
What is a New User Registration email and what will important information will it contain?
This email will contain your user ID and Password that will allow you to access your new Checkpoint Learning account. It is very important to write down your ID and password or maintain access to your new user registration email so that you may login to your account and view or print your certificate of completion, and complete your paperless evaluation form, after your seminar.
What is an Attendance Ticket?
Delivered to your email account registered with Checkpoint Learning, the attendance ticket will be attached to an email that displays as from Checkpoint Learning. The attendance ticket email is sent when you register for a seminar or workshop. It is important to print and bring the attendance ticket with you to the seminar.
How do I receive my certificate for a seminar I have taken?
You will receive an email sent to the email address on file guiding you toward your certificate soon after your seminar. Within your Checkpoint Learning account you may view and print your certificates at any time.
How soon can I get my certificate from a seminar or workshop I have taken?
It is our goal to provide you with access to your certificate within just a few days from the conclusion of the seminar.
Why didn't I see evaluation forms passed out at the seminar or workshop I attended?
Gear Up very much appreciates all the responses collected over the years on evaluation forms. Historically these forms have been passed out paper copies at each seminar. Live events that are part of Checkpoint Learning will now use a paperless approach with an evaluation that is available online. As with CPE certificates, you now will receive an email guiding you toward your opportunity to evaluate seminar speaker and overall experience.
As a Checkpoint Learning customer you will be able to access your homeroom, a free personalized learning dashboard which displays past and future course activity, certificates and documents and provides you with a calendar of all of your upcoming events.
