- At Bell Learning, we strive to create and sponsor continuing professional educational seminars that are of high value, yet very affordable. - Registration & Refund Information: At any time prior to a seminar, registration fees may be transferred to a different date, topic, location, or to another individual at no charge. Registration fees are refunded in full if cancellation is requested 7 days prior to seminar date. Otherwise, refunds incur a $20 processing fee per seminar. Bell assumes no responsibility for cancelled seminars other than the refund of your seminar fee. Courses are subject to cancellation at approximately 2 weeks prior to seminar date if enrollments do not meet minimum capacity requirements determined by PPC-Bell. - Satisfaction Assured: Bell Learning has a simple, straightforward policy. You must be satisfied or your registration fee is refundable in full. Attend any Bell Learning seminar until the lunch break, and if you are not satisfied, your registration fee will be refunded.
