The latest round of economic stimulus legislation builds on earlier pandemic relief and includes both retroactive provisions and a host of 2021 new federal tax provisions affecting employers, businesses and individual taxpayers. This webinar will tackle the federal tax implications of the legislation, including changes to the employee retention credit, the unemployment exclusion, the 2021 recovery rebate credit, expansion of the child tax, child and dependent care and earned income tax credits, and more.
