This course presents the management of the business process the relationship to effective change management. Then, activity costs and continuous improvement are addressed following by a recommendation for assessing and evaluating process documentation. The fundamentals of change associated with transforming a business are discussed followed by a discussion of the importance of honest communication in implementing and achieving effective change. This course introduces an 8-step process for change and the 7 levels of change. Then, the facilitation of a business process workshop is described. This course concludes with a presentation on the challenges associated with change and overcoming the hurdles to achieving change.
