  Nano Learning
0.2 CPE Credits
Level: Overview

Though companies undoubtedly have their hands full with trying to survive the first quarter of 2020 (e.g., the COVID-19 pandemic), they should be mindful of whether they're effectively navigating the crisis and whether their response plans to position them for growth beyond 2020. Shareholder activism will likely lean towards pushing for better governance so that companies are positioned to weather the storm of the COVID-19 pandemic and any long-term effects.

This course will review topics of discussion high on shareholders' agendas. This overview course may be appropriate for professionals at all organizational levels.
