QuickBooks Desktop Troubleshooting Payroll
In this course you will learn about troubleshooting payroll in the QuickBooks Desktop software. This course includes how to properly setup a new file for payroll processing and how to troubleshoot and fix client payroll setup errors. Instruction is provided using tools available in the QuickBooks Accountant Desktop software and using Intuit's Enhanced Payroll for Accountants subscription for processing, reporting, and filing your client's payroll.
Upon successful completion of QuickBooks Desktop Troubleshooting Payroll, the user should be able to:
determine the steps for creating payroll calculations,
identify considerations when starting payroll mid-year,
recognize the appropriate payroll process,
determine how to use After-the-Fact payroll included with Intuit's Enhanced Payroll for Accountants subscription,
identify the steps to correcting common client payroll mistakes, and
identify payroll reporting and filing requirements.
