This course mainly covers the providing of operational services for not-for-profit organizational (NPO) clients. The course addresses the various procedures and techniques used in NPO operations that are used to maximize service delivery results at the least cost using the most (best practices) efficient methods. While operations are stressed, financial considerations are not minimized but are used as an analytical tool and a window into operations.

This course is most beneficial to professionals new to Not-for-Profit entities and related operations. Such professionals may be at the staff or entry level but also for a seasoned professional with limited exposure to Not-for-Profit entities.
