Providing Operational Services for Not-for-Profit Clients
This course covers 'providing operational services for not-for-profit or non-profit organizations (NPO)' and addresses the unique situation of not-for-profit clients and the effective manner in which to provide operational services and assistance. The course addresses the various procedures and techniques used in NPO operations that are used to maximize service delivery results at the least cost using the most (best practices) efficient methods.
Upon successful completion of Providing Operational Services for Not-for-Profit Clients, the user should be able to:
identify an NPO,
recognize when and what services should be provided for an NPO,
determine how your services can be performed effectively and efficiently, particularly within the constraints of a NPO entity,
identify how positive change can be effected for the NPO as a result of your intervention,
determine how your NPO servicing tools and techniques can be used to maintain NPO operations in an economic, efficient, and effective manner on an on-going basis, and
identify best practices that can be implemented effectively within the NPO in a formalized program of continuous improvements.
