This course provides an overview of the industry and will introduce you to industry-specific terminology and how food and beverage companies conduct their businesses. You will learn about their marketing tactics and strategies, as well as how products get to the retailers.
This course is most beneficial to professionals new to the food and beverage industry who may be at the staff or entry level in organization but also for a seasoned professional with limited exposure to this subject.
