More and more companies are being proactive about diversity and inclusion (D&I), however there is still much work that needs to be done to create a workplace where all employees feel valued, respected, and safe. When it comes to hiring and retaining the best talent from different backgrounds, races, and cultures, it is critical that businesses foster a culture and sense of community that gives everyone a voice. This course defines diversity and inclusion and discusses strategies and steps to create a culture where each and every employee feels as though they belong. Through examples and case studies, explore how you can be a part of enhancing your organization’s diversity and inclusion practices.
