This course examines the types of workplace conduct that are considered unlawful discrimination and harassment. It explains what employees should do to avoid or minimize incidents of discrimination and harassment in the workplace. It is recommended as a training tool to reduce the risk of legal liability that employers face for violations of federal, state, and local workplace discrimination and harassment laws. This course satisfies the sexual harassment training requirements for Delaware and Illinois.

Upon successful completion of this course, the user should be able to:
recall the relevant federal, state, and local laws related to harassment,
recite the conduct that should be prohibited in any organization's harassment policies as well as the duties such policies should impose on supervisory employees,
express the ability to respond appropriately when misconduct is observed or when an employee complains about harassment-type conduct, and
express how to avoid retaliation.
