Harassment in the Workplace for New York Employees  

This course is required for all non-supervisory New York employees. The course covers the New York State and New York City sexual harassment training requirements, and it examines the types of workplace conduct that are considered unlawful discrimination and harassment. It also explains what employees in New York should do to avoid or minimize incidents of discrimination and harassment in the workplace. It is recommended as a training tool to reduce the risk of legal liability that employers face for violations of federal, state, and local workplace discrimination and harassment laws. This course satisfies the sexual harassment training requirements for New York state and New York City.
