This course is required for all California employees who work for organizations with five of more employees. It explains what employees in California should do to avoid or minimize incidents of discrimination and harassment in the workplace. It is recommended as a training tool to reduce the risk of legal liability that employers face for violations of federal, state, and local workplace discrimination and harassment laws. This course satisfies the sexual harassment training requirements for California employees.

recall the relevant federal and California laws related to harassment,
recite the conduct that should be prohibited in any organization's anti-discrimination and harassment policies,
express the ability to recognize and report discrimination, harassment, and abusive conduct, and
