Guarding Against Financial Market Aggressions

CATEGORY: Management
COURSE ID: NAN071, VERSION 1.00
  Nano Learning
0.2 CPE Credits
Level: Overview

Boards of directors and management of public companies across different industries are experiencing declining share prices and considerable changes in share ownership. They are finding that this makes them more vulnerable to certain financial market aggressions. Companies must remain vigilant - and understandably so - as they continue to direct their attention to the COVID-19 crisis and its impact on their employees, customers, communities, and business relationships. This course focuses on two - unsolicited hostile takeover bids and short selling - and suggests defensive measures that public companies can take.

This overview course may be appropriate for professionals at all organizational levels.
