Change is part of our daily life. Ancient philosophers contemplated change. The normal of today was the change of yesterday. This course explores changes in technology and the workplace. It provides insights onto how people react to change, and gives tips on navigating change in the workplace. Statement of recent changes - This course has been designed to provide the learner with an overview of change in the workplace and techniques for navigating these changes.
Upon successful completion of Change - The Only Constant, the user should be able to:
recognize innovative technologies and companies,
identify the impact that stress associated with change can have on our health, and
determine strategies to help navigate change in the workplace.
