This course discusses cash flows primarily from a management and operational needs perspective. Everything that a business person needs to know about cash flows is discussed. Also presented are the various types of sources and uses of cash and how a business person should monitor and anticipate cash flow needs. This course is for the owners, management, and new business owners and managers who need to understand business cash flows in order to manage their business. It provides the techniques used to budget cash flow needs, sources, and balances. It takes the perspective that it is cash that is needed for business survival.
This course is most beneficial to professionals new to Cash Flow who may be at the staff or entry level in an organization but also for a seasoned professional with limited exposure to Cash Flow.
