C Corp Schedule M-3 2016 1120
Schedule M-3 is a hot topic in federal corporate taxation. Schedule M-3 (Form 1120), Net Income (Loss) Reconciliation for Corporations with Total Assets of $10 Million or More, must be completed by all large- and mid-sized corporations. On Schedule M-3, the corporation must reconcile the book-to-tax differences between consolidated financial income and the income reported on the corporate tax return. In the future, disclosures of reconciling items on Schedule M-3 will be used to select corporate audit candidates. This course includes the 2016 forms and the most recent reporting requirements and regulations.
Upon successful completion of C Corp Schedule M-3 2016 1120, the user should be able to:
