Attracting Millennial Customers
Millennials are no longer just the young kids on the block. With the oldest members of this generation in their thirties, Millennials are a more important source of potential clients than ever before. However, CPA firms that cling to the same old marketing and retention methods may not be able to attract or keep members of what will soon be the largest living adult generation. This course looks at the core traits of Millennials and discusses marketing and retention methods that can be specifically targeted to this generation.
Upon successful completion of this course, the user should be able to:
identify the core traits of Millennials, as well as the generational makeup of today's world, and
recognize why certain marketing techniques may appeal more to Millennials and how firms can better retain existing customers from this generation.
