This course focuses on effective methods to analyze a company's operations to improve its operations, performance (both operationally and financially), and attempt to gain a competitive advantage.
This course is most beneficial to professionals new to business operations, who may be at the staff or entry level in an organization but also for a seasoned professional with limited exposure to this area.

discuss basic business principles, operational analysis basics and theory of business operations,
