This course discusses the organizational principals of business, including how to create the organization. The course covers the topic of coaching and mentoring, and introduces setting expectations. The capstone of the course is the role of management in the organization. The course covers the definition of management, corporate culture, and how to improve the health of an organization.
This course is most beneficial to professionals new to operational structure, who may be at the staff or entry level in an organization but also for a seasoned professional with limited exposure to this area.
