The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act made a number of changes to the tax code including adding a new Section 199A deduction for noncorporate entities. While many times non-corporate means individuals, in this case it is substantially broader and extends to trusts and estates, as well as partnerships and S corporations. In this course, we look at how to calculate the Section 199A deduction trusts and estates may claim.
