This course is a sequel to 49 Ways to Reduce Taxes for Individual and Make Them Clients for Life. The course explores additional tax tips and strategies, 49 tips in all, to assist you in guiding your clients in tax planning and compliance. The course takes into account relevant recent legislation and developments, including COVID-19 tax relief measures, the SECURE Act, and the continuing impact of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA). This course covers topics such as capital gain transactions, mutual fund transactions, Section 1031 like-kind exchanges of real property, employer stock options, restricted stock awards, tax changes affecting retirement accounts, tax planning for vacation homes, tax planning for divorce, maximizing tax breaks for self-employed individuals and small business owners, and tax planning for college savers.
NOTE: This course has been updated to cover relevant COVID-19 tax relief provisions, tax changes in the SECURE Act, and the continuing impact of TCJA tax changes.
