The federal government has announced that the federal COVID emergencies will end May 11, 2023. This webinar will provide details on what this means for employer-sponsored group health plans. Required and optional changes to benefits for COVID testing, immunizations and treatment will be discussed, as well as telehealth changes. The webinar will also exam the end of the Outbreak Period, during which many important group health plan deadlines were delayed and will discuss how to calculate the delayed deadlines as the Outbreak Period ends.
