CATEGORY: Management
COURSE ID: W610T, VERSION 1.00
  Webinar
2 CPE Credits
Level: Update
Taxpayers and tax practitioners face unprecedented challenges during the coronavirus pandemic. To aid businesses both small and large, Congress has appropriated hundreds of billions of dollars to fund the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), an SBA loan program introduced by the 2020 CARES Act. Congressional funding has also bolstered the SBA’s EIDL (Economic Injury Disaster Loan) and emergency advance programs. This webinar will discuss these SBA programs, including allowable uses of the loan proceeds, documentation required to substantiate use of the loan proceeds, federal income tax impacts and ultimately, forgiveness of the PPP loan amount.
