EBIA has been approved by California, Missouri and Washington as a provider of CLE (Continuing Legal Education) activities for its live Checkpoint Learning webinars. Other states generally allow attorneys to apply on an individual basis for CLE course approvals. In addition, some states have reciprocity arrangements that recognize credit without applying for individual approval. Check with your state's CLE authority for details.

HRCI logoEBIA live webinars from Checkpoint Learning have been approved for (General) recertification credit toward PHR, SPHR, and GPHR recertification through the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). This is not an endorsement by HRCI of the quality of our programs. It means that the programs have met HRCI’s criteria to be pre-approved for recertification. Live, in-person attendance at the EBIA Advanced Conference has been pre-approved for continuing education credit for insurance professionals in a very limited number of states. Note that some state agencies do not pre-approve courses for individual attendees (only at the sponsor level), and credit is not available in all states.

Checkpoint Learning Webinars are group-internet-based delivery method. Unless otherwise stated in each course's descriptive information, no other prerequisites or advanced preparation are required.
Checkpoint Learning is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
